Can I use PosterMyWall for free?
Can I upgrade from a monthly subscription to a 1 year subscription?
Yes. Go to your Premium Billing page and there will be an option to change your subscription plan.
How do I add members to my team?
To add team members, go to your Premium Billing page, and click ‘Invite team’. You can invite team members to both Premium and Premium Plus subscription plans.
Where do I find and buy credit packs?
You can find your existing Credits on the Premium Billing page in the 'Your Credits' section. To buy more Credits, simply click on 'Buy more Credits' in the same section, select a credit pack, add your card details, and confirm the purchase. Purchased Credits become immediately available for use and can be viewed under 'Your Credits'.
Can I download designs with multiple pages?
Downloads for files with multiple pages are always free, perfect for ordinary use. High-res image downloads are priced at $5.99 for up to 9 pages, $14.95 for 10 or more. Video projects download at a flat $14.95.
