Ren Zelaya has been a PTA dad for 20 years, most recently as president of the Westbury High School PTSA in New York, and he is now on the board of the Westbury Council of PTAs. Over that time the job has grown: the flyers were always needed, and now the social posts are too, with more events than ever to promote. Among everything else he has built in PosterMyWall are promotional materials for school board elections, alongside prom, graduation, safety notices, and membership drives.
Two things make the volume survivable. The first is speed. A colleague asked him for a book fair flyer recently and he had it finished in 15 minutes, where the same job used to take an hour. The second matters more for anything that has to reach every family: the Westbury district serves a diverse population, so Ren duplicates each design and produces it in the three main languages spoken locally, English, Spanish, and Haitian Creole. He builds the English version, duplicates it, runs the text through Google Translate, and pastes it back in. An election notice that only half the parents can read is only half a notice.
You can run a campaign the same way. Build the poster from campaign templates or the wider school templates, then duplicate it for every language your families speak rather than hoping the English version reaches them. Resize the finished poster into a post so the corridor wall and the school feed are saying the same thing.
